use only the best available ingredients in our creations. For example, we purchase hard shell cold water lobsters from Maine and Canada which taste better and has more meat than soft shell lobsters.
Our mussels come from Prince Edward Island and are farm raised. They are meatier, sweeter, tastier, and virtually sand free unlike wild mussels caught locally.
Regardless of market price, the shrimp we use is Ocean Gardens #1 Jumbo White Shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico not the less expensive lower quality Tiger Shrimp from Asia. We select only the best quality, freshest seafood for our diners.
I personally prepare the sauces and seasoning used in all are dishes. Corners are never cut! Quality makes the difference. Everything is fresh!
